Job Overview
The Marketing Strategy Specialist is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with assigned leaders to develop and recommend marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with department and organization strategies. Individuals in this role will use innovative thinking to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process. This position requires knowledge of the functions, processes, capacity, and systems of marketing and other departments. This role requires the ability to continually process data, facts, analysis, and conversations, and then synthesize it all into insights and actionable plans.
You will:
- Serve as the primary consultant with assigned leaders to understand their goals and objective, and to ensure marketing alignment.
- In collaboration with marketing content, analytics, and operations, recommend integrated marketing strategies to achieve goals.
- Develop and recommend project deliverables, milestone dates, KPIs and pertinent data required for a successful outcome.
- Seek out necessary approvals so all initiatives remain integrated, on schedule and key stakeholders remain updated and aligned.
- Present post campaign and project analysis and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage internal and external expertise and capabilities to provide additional insights in the creation and refinement of marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate the ability to synthesize results of analyses, develop and make recommendations and present results to solve unique and complex problems.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Dupaco's brand, products and services, and trends within the industry to provide innovative recommendations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding content strategy, campaign objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
- Keep all parties informed of any changes in strategy, approach or timing, to include marketing leadership, department, and internal teams.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of marketing capabilities, technology, processes, and workflows to effectively manage expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to use innovative thinking to solve problems and facilitate the decision-making process.
