Your Responsibilities
As a Material Coordinator for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will:
- Coordinates the flow of materials in multiple departments of the factory
- Expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production
- Finds and corrects root cause of material shortages and inventory discrepancies. May provide recommendations for solutions
- Implements the output from the engineering release, material deviation and change management process

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
- Experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing
- Experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent people, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience analyzing information to make sound and quick business decisions
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
- Experience with supply management in optimizing material flow from supplier to point of use
- Experience with SAP
- Manufacturing and/or operations experience
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Management, Business/Management, Information Technology, Engineering or Accounting/Finance discipline or related work experience
