Material Handlers

• Material Handling: Pick and deliver parts to production lines, load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using hand or powered equipment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring materials are correctly labeled and stored.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, support Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in 5S initiatives and improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Flexibility and Teamwork: Willingness to cross-train in other departments and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Environment: Manufacturing setting with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Physical Requirements: Regularly required to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 45 lbs.
• Work Schedule: Fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime and potential weekend shifts.
