Job Title: Mechanical Insulator/Field Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and trainable individual to join a local company's team as a Mechanical Insulator/Field Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for insulating piping and ducts, cutting and measuring materials, and working closely with local contractors. This position requires a candidate with a keen ability to learn, a basic understanding of industrial or construction processes, proficiency in using tools, and excellent measurement skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Insulate piping and ducts in accordance with project specifications.
2. Cut and measure insulation materials to fit specific project requirements.
3. Collaborate with local contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to complete insulation tasks.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
6. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
7. Work with a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
2. Basic understanding of industrial or construction processes (relevant experience preferred).
3. Proficient in using various tools and equipment.
4. Strong measurement skills and attention to detail.
5. Valid Driver's License required.
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.
9. Availability to start as soon as possible.

Compensation: Starting at $18-$20 per hour, with the potential for increases based on performance and experience.
