Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local production company in Dyersville, IA, to actively recruit a full time Mechanical Technician to join their team. This is a 1st shift opportunity. 

Details:

• Coordinate aspects of mechanical piping 
• Perform brazing and MIG welding 
• Perform final mechanical inspections 
• Review all mechanical-related corrective actions 
• Assist workers engaged in inspecting and testing activities
• Assist in analyzing and resolving work problems
• Assist with maintaining a positive work environment
• Interact professionally with all departments, vendors, and customers 

What you need:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED is required
• Previous manufacturing experience to include brazing and MIG welding preferred
• Experience with hand tools, reading documentation, and measuring tools is required
• Must have mechanical aptitude 
• Must be able to lift or move up to 45 pounds

Pay: $21-$23/hour
