Responsibilities:

• Front desk operations: scheduling, answering calls, patient inquiries.
• Insurance and facility credentialing upkeep.
• Front office inventory management.
• Assisting with instruments and supplies.
• Social media management and email communications.

Requirements:

• Medical or front desk experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in surgery coordination or medical assistance.
• Knowledge of insurance and facility credentialing.
• Social media management experience.
