As the Sales Strategist, you will create and implement plans to promote senior living services throughout inpatient, outpatient, and community outreach programs. This role focuses on raising awareness, developing strong referral networks, and increasing census by aligning marketing and sales efforts with the organization's mission of providing exceptional customer service and person-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field and/or 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing preferably within healthcare, senior living, or related services.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of senior living services, healthcare delivery systems, and community resources.
- must be a supportive team member, contribute to, and be an example of teamwork and the collaborative team concept.
- Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage responsibilities under little supervision.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to use computer programs for training and communications.
