You’ll be:

  • Working with the Member Solutions Team and the members they are assisting to ensure the best outcomes possible for our members
  • Preparing correspondence on delinquent accounts; phone or email contact with members and cosigners as necessary
  • Completing preformatted cure documents and mail to members
  • Monitoring checks and balances of cash advance receipts daily
  • Receiving and processing Garnishment and Levy Documents
  • Pulling daily delinquency reports for Supervisor
  • Managing and processing all outgoing Certified Mail Documents
  • Assisting the team by drafting and/or proof reading documents
  • Assisting in record keeping and scanning of Member Solution documents

You’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills required specific proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software necessary
  • Strong organizational and communications skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to work within team atmosphere
  • Ability to read and understand contract issues
