You’ll be:
- Working with the Member Solutions Team and the members they are assisting to ensure the best outcomes possible for our members
- Preparing correspondence on delinquent accounts; phone or email contact with members and cosigners as necessary
- Completing preformatted cure documents and mail to members
- Monitoring checks and balances of cash advance receipts daily
- Receiving and processing Garnishment and Levy Documents
- Pulling daily delinquency reports for Supervisor
- Managing and processing all outgoing Certified Mail Documents
- Assisting the team by drafting and/or proof reading documents
- Assisting in record keeping and scanning of Member Solution documents
You’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills required specific proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software necessary
- Strong organizational and communications skills, written and spoken
- Ability to work within team atmosphere
- Ability to read and understand contract issues
