Mold Operator

Job Overview

• Set up and operate molding machines according to production specifications
• Load raw materials and oversee machine cycles
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality compliance
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance as needed
• Trim, package, and label products as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Previous experience in manufacturing, molding, or machine operation preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
