Responsibilities:

  • Organize workload by setting priorities to ensure deadlines are met for compliance purposes.
  • Accurate input data collected into the origination system. Gather any additional documentation to clear underwriting conditions and complete necessary fields for final closing documents.
  • Order all documentation necessary for various loan approvals including but not limited to title search, insurance, payoffs, seller documentations, etc.
  • Review documentations and resolve any identified discrepancies in documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents electronically or manually to meet compliance guidelines.
  • Provide and maintain accuracy and timeliness on all pre disclosures, responses and files processed.
  • Provide excellent member service by phone or in person regarding costs, payments, programs, daily rates, points, appointment scheduling, etc.
  • Recognize member and potential member needs; educate them on appropriate credit union services.
  • Conduct verbal verification of employment prior to closing.
  • Schedule loan closings with appropriate parties, as needed.
  • Attend regular staff training sessions and complete all online courses as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal skills are necessary to provide excellent service to our members and represent the credit union in a positive way.
  • Attention to detail is necessary to gather data from several sources and complete accurate work.
  • Financial Industry experience or related experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computers; ability to learn in-house application software knowledge and the ability to manage various programs and systems.
  • Demonstrate complex problem solving and strong decision-making skills.
