Case Manager/Neighbor Services Coordinator
St. Vincent de Paul of Dubuque, Iowa, seeks to hire an experienced
professional with a heart for people and a mind for building programs.
Our Mission is all about people and we are expanding our client
services programs. This full-ï me posiï on will work closely with staff
and volunteers to provide support and guidance for all our client
services and to successfully launch the Back2Work Workforce Training
Program; naï onally acclaimed program with St. Vincent de Paul. Main
job responsibiliï es include:
* Collaborate with Execuï ve Director to implement Back2Work
program
*Provide case management support for specifi c client situaï ons
* Represent SVdP in public, with civic groups, churches, and in the
community
What skills or experience do you need to have?
• Bachelor’s degree in related fi elds or equivalent work
experience
• 3 years of experience working with service and support
programs and/or managing people
• The ideal candidate will have connecï ons in the community
and public sector
• Excellent verbal and wriË en communicaï on skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to train clients in various resource areas
The ideal candidate will be a posiï ve role model and team player that
people gravitate to and want to work with; they will enhance the client
experience through understanding, support, and mentorship. They
will demonstrate excellent people skills and leadership capabiliï es
including infl uencing others, developing relaï onships, and building
cohesive high performing teams.
