Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our crew. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the job. Whether you are a seasoned sailor or new to the boating world, we believe in your potential and are committed to helping you succeed.

Responsibilities

As a member of our crew, your duties will include:

Requirements

• Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for cruises and appointments
• Supplies: Manage office supplies and stock the office
• Staffing: Oversee American Lady staff, including recruiting and training
• Vendor relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to employees and leadership
• Health and safety: Monitor health and safety on the American Lady
• HR and payroll: Assist with HR and payroll tasks
• Maintenance: Plan and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment and facilities

Other duties: Greet visitors, Process invoices, maintain databases and Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.

Training
