The Business Analyst Intern role is an important technology facing role working from our Brokerage division office in downtown Dubuque, IA. The Business Analytics Intern has the following duties:

• Contributes to the Business Analytics department, assisting on current and future projects.
• Collaborates with Operations, Accounting, Sales, and our Transportation divisions to identify opportunities to implement processes that increase efficiency
• Utilizes multiple platforms to create solutions that make company more efficient and automated
• Supports the company in developing creative transportation solutions for our shippers and carriers

The ideal candidate will have the following traits and skills:

• Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, and API development preferred
• Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver high level results
• Stellar organization with the ability to keep a neat workflow
• Time management is a critical factor. There will often be high volumes of tasks.
• Availability during normal working hours.
