Wahlert Catholic High School and Mazzuchelli in Dubuque, Iowa are seeking a 6-12 Vocal Music / Choir Director to join our family! This full-time position begins in the 2025-2026 school year.

About the Position:

Under the general supervision of the school principal, the Vocal Music / Choir Director will develop students' understanding and appreciation of the art of music, cultivate their vocal talents, and create an engaging and inspiring music program. The goal is to establish a vocal music department that students are excited to be a part of, fostering both artistic growth and personal confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Iowa teaching license with a General Music / Choir and 5-12 Music endorsement required (or ability to obtain certification).
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated educator with experience in directing music ensembles.
  • Passion for fostering students' vocal abilities and love of music.
