Mazzuchelli Catholic Middle School in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking a Classroom Associate to join our family! This 9-month, full-time position begins in the 2025-2026 school year.

About the Position:

The Classroom Associate will provide valuable assistance to the classroom teacher in educating students, helping reinforce learning through small group or one-on-one instruction. The ideal candidate will maintain a calm and positive demeanor while ensuring effective classroom management. Duties will includere-teaching activities, supervision during morning, lunchroom, and bus times, and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively with students individually and in small groups.
• Nurturing, calm, and positive personality.
• Flexibility to assist beyond the typical school day as required.
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred.
