👍 Summary: This role provides key support for purchasing and facilities projects through tactical management, including but not limited to ordering indirect and consumable purchases for business, generating purchase orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

🗝️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement tasks including ordering indirect and consumable purchases for various business units.
- Generate purchase orders, track order status, resolve invoice issues, and collaborate with accounts payable for timely supplier payments.
- Oversee documentation and approvals for capital purchases including fleet vehicles and mobile devices.
- Plan and collaborate for fleet vehicle logistics and modifications and ensure delivery to stakeholders.
- Track progress on facilities projects and collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful project execution.
✔️ Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, supply chain, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience of 5+ years will be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Works well independently and in teams.
- 1-2 years of experience in a planning or project management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to maintain confidentiality.
