About the Role
In this role, you will provide bookkeeping and professional administrative support across various departments, including Accounting, Sales, and Operations. You’ll play a key role in managing financial transactions, assisting with customer service, maintaining office operations, and supporting our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Oversee sales tax processing and month-end financial reporting
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions
Sales Support
- Provide customer service by answering inquiries, processing orders, and addressing complaints
- Assist with trial/pilot setups and manage new partner account registrations in Pinnacle
- Handle subscription extensions for small accounts
- Support Business Development and Partner Managers as needed
General & Operations Support
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and software subscriptions
- Answer phones (via Microsoft Teams) and provide customer service via phone and email
- Assist with IT inquiries and maintain company records
- Organize office space and distribute mail
- Assist HR with special events, projects, and administrative tasks
Additional Duties
- Assist across various departments as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick adaptability to new technology platforms
- Effective organization and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to create and maintain efficient processes
- Experience using Salesforce and QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of SaaS business (preferred but not required)

This is an onsite position – we prefer a local candidate who can work in our office five days a week.
