What You’ll Do

As a Personal Risk Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate personal insurance needs—everything from home and auto to umbrella and specialty coverage. You’ll develop strong relationships, provide expert advice, and serve as a trusted partner in managing risk.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of personal lines clients

• Conduct in-depth client reviews to assess coverage needs and present tailored insurance solutions

• Collaborate with account managers and carriers to quote, bind, and service policies

• Build lasting relationships through regular client communication and responsive service

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with or without prior insurance experience. We’ll provide training and development to support your success.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• A self-starter with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and follow-up skills

• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
