Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements
• Analyze accounting data and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
• Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Train, mentor, and guide accounting staff to support their professional development
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience; previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
