Body Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a strong, experienced technical team to operate in an effective manner maintaining a high standard of quality and positive attitude.

2. Supervise parts procurement and supplement process

3. Monitor sublet and production schedule

4. Ensure the repairs are of the highest standards

5. Comply with federal and state regulations

6. Handle customer complaints and oversight of repair records

7. Productive recruiting and training

Qualifications:

1. Experience in body shop management and experienced estimator- (experience in body shop repair facility, CCC one and dealer track software is a plus)

2. Complete understanding of collision repair process and familiarity in insurance repair procedures.

3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Valid IA driver’s license
