Controls Systems Technician
Location: Dubuque, IA
Pay: $30–$40/hour (Based on Experience)

A leading company in Dubuque is seeking an experienced Controls Systems Technician to help maintain and improve the performance of our automated systems. This is a hands-on role with strong pay and the opportunity to make a real impact on daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial automation systems including conveyors, scanners, and sortation equipment

• Work with PLCs, including Allen Bradley, RSLogix, VFDs, and related control systems

• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation

• Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to minimize downtime

• Perform preventive maintenance on controls systems and related equipment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with PLC/controls systems

• Strong understanding of industrial automation, including 480V 3-phase and 24VDC systems

• Experience with conveyor systems and warehouse automation

• Analytical, solution-focused, and able to work independently
