Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide customized insurance solutions
• Conduct needs assessments and provide appropriate policy recommendations
• Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
• Achieve sales goals and meet production targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or insurance preferred
• IA Property & Casualty and Life Insurance License required (or must obtain)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Goal-oriented with a track record of success in sales
