We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional technical support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring seamless use of applications, operating systems, and devices (PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones) in a Microsoft 365 environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, delivering user training, and enhancing campus technology experiences. While not required, familiarity with app development using tools like Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide frontline support for Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 11, macOS (e.g., Sequoia), and mobile devices (iOS, Android).

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a large-scale environment.

Conduct training sessions to empower faculty and staff in using campus technologies effectively.

Assist with system administration and user account management.

Optionally, contribute to automation projects using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate or similar tools, if skills align.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Windows 11, macOS, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Two years of experience supporting hardware and software in a networked environment.

Two years of experience providing end-user technical support.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or workflow automation tools is desirable but not required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills to support diverse campus users.
