Location: Anamosa State Penitentiary, Anamosa, Iowa
Pay Range: $78,041.60 – $120,036.80 yearly, $37.52 - $57.71 hourly
Job Description: Come lead our health services team at the Anamosa
State Penitentiary! We are looking for a motivated leader for our Nursing
Services Director position. In this position you will be expected to positively
supervise and evaluate subordinate staff. Along with leading the department
you will be responsible for development, implementation and revision
of institutional Health Services Procedures. You will be a part of a variety
of committees and teams that promote successful leadership. In part of
providing successful leadership you will be involved in personnel related
actions. This position assures the achievement of optimal level of care to
incarcerated individuals to meet care standards. This will initiate actions to
alleviate carriers in delivery of care by identifying, defi ning, and resolving
problems. As well as promoting the medical department standards,
philosophy, goals and objectives to assure the optimum level of wellness.
Must have a current RN License.
