We're currently hiring a Processor to support our Individual Life & Health team. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from any TRICOR office location.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our agents by processing new and renewal business
• Accurately enter data for applications, endorsements, cancellations, and more
• Update client files and process policy changes
• Communicate with insurance carriers and handle incoming mail
• Deliver excellent customer support and administrative assistance

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
• Insurance industry knowledge or licensure is a plus (must obtain license within 90 days of hire)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Epic is a bonus
