Job Overview

TRICOR Insurance, proudly recognized as a 2025 Great Place to Work® Certified organization, is hiring a Receptionist to support our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role can be based out of our Lancaster or Dubuque offices, or from any TRICOR location within one hour of Madison, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do:

  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently
  • Coordinate office supply orders for multiple locations
  • Support marketing and internal teams with project-based tasks
  • Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
