Case Manager

Job Overview

Someone to work directly with adults in recovery to ensure they are engaged with necessary clinical and/or wrap around services and assist with a smooth transition into our recovery community. Must be able to lead recovery groups onsite, asssist clients with accessing services; use evidence-based programming; live up to professional and ethical responsibilities; complete necessary  administrative tasks, advocate for clients with a variety of providers. Lived recovery experience preferred; experience with homelessness beneficial; B.A. in human services or social work preferred.
