Salary: $70K – $75K

We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead PEMB, greenhouse, and fabric building projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and on-site activity, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle – planning to completion
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and senior leadership
• Ensure site safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead problem-solving and risk mitigation
• Mentor junior project managers and provide progress updates

Experience with construction project management, scheduling tools (like Procore/ERP), and strong leadership skills required.
