Weld & Beam Manager
Location: Dyersville, IA
Salary: $70K – $75K

We’re hiring a Weld & Beam Manager to lead operations across welding, machining, paint, prep, and material handling. This hands-on leadership role reports to the VP of Operations and is key to ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in welding, machining, prep/paint, and material handling
• Plan and schedule projects to meet customer deadlines
• Drive safety culture and enforce quality standards
• Manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
• Oversee welder certifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Coach and develop team members, building high-performance culture
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategic goals

Strong leadership, multi-department management, and welding/manufacturing experience required.
