We’re looking for a Manager in Training who is hungry to lead, driven to succeed, and ready to roll up their sleeves and learn everything from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn all aspects of store operations, from inventory and merchandising to staffing and sales

• Lead by example with customer engagement and upselling best practices

• Support scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and daily operations

• Train and develop team members while learning how to manage your own department

• Ensure the store meets performance and sales goals

• Step into leadership when management is off-site or unavailable

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, or leadership experience

• A passion for helping customers and building strong local relationships

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Hands-on learner who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments

• Must be dependable, organized, and eager to grow into a full management role
