Are you a natural closer who can turn foot traffic into loyal customers?

At Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet, we sell open-box, scratch-and-dent, and surplus home improvement items—brand-name furniture, tools, appliances, flooring, and more—all at a fraction of retail. We’re seeking a high-energy Sales Closer who loves the thrill of helping people find a deal and can confidently seal the sale.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, confident service
• Match customers with the best deals for their needs
• Explain product value, features, and condition clearly
• Merchandise, price, and tag products on the floor
• Assist in moving and staging items as needed
• Operate the register and close sales professionally
• Keep sales floor neat, stocked, and customer-ready
• Promote the mission behind every purchase: supporting local veterans and families in need

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
• Passion for people and purpose
