Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new opportunity available for a Safety Director in Dubuque, IA! The Safety Director oversees all safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment. Responsibilities include training, incident investigation, job site inspections, claims management, and maintaining safety documentation. This role works closely with field and office teams to drive a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant construction experience
• 3+ years in safety management (construction/industrial preferred)
• OSHA 30 or 500 required; CSP preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, risk management, and workers’ comp
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
