Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new opening for a Service Manager in Lancaster, WI.
The Service Manager is Responsible For:
- Leading the service and maintenance team to ensure efficient scheduling, quality service, and strong customer relationships.
- Manages technician performance, inventory coordination, jobsite logistics, and communication between internal departments and customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in service or field management (dairy or ag industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dairy milking equipment and repair processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate specialty tools and equipment
