Job Overview

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking professional candidates for a Sales Estimator position in Peosta, IA. This position will be responsible for expanding sales revenue and market share by maintaining current accounts, quoting, and winning new business in stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and tooling services. This position will also manage customer communication, pricing negotiations, and use CRM tools to track and follow up on quotes.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Knowledge of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and tooling industries helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to negotiate pricing and payment terms
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to travel as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
