Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet – Dubuque, IA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Sunday availability required
Pay: Based on experience; bonuses available

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, organizing and pricing merchandise, assisting with inventory, and helping keep the warehouse and sales floor running smoothly. Forklift operation is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload delivery trucks and safely move inventory

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred, but not required)

• Sort, label, and price incoming products

• Stock warehouse shelves and organize the sales floor

• Assist with customer pickups and deliveries as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all warehouse areas

• Communicate with sales and management teams regarding stock levels and product condition

Requirements:

• Warehouse or retail stockroom experience preferred

• Forklift experience (certified or willing to become certified)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Basic math and labeling skills for pricing items

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must be dependable and punctual
