Job Overview

Join ESAPCO, an industry leader since 1979, as our next IT Manager! We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to own our IT systems, lead a talented team, and drive automation and efficiency across our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead IT strategy and software architecture

• Manage and improve ERP/MRP systems (Epicor & SQL preferred)

• Oversee networks, servers, hardware, and infrastructure

• Supervise a skilled IT team across two locations

• Collaborate across departments to deliver smart IT solutions

What You Bring:

• 5+ years managing IT systems and staff, ideally in manufacturing

• Experience automating business processes

• Strong ERP and network/server skills

• Associate’s degree or higher in related field
