E-Commerce Sales Analyst & Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Sales Analyst & Support Specialist with deep expertise primarily in Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) as well as FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, optimizing product listings, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a proven track record of managing and growing Amazon sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon FBA Management

• Analyze category and product-level sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all Amazon listings are optimized with accurate imagery, video, and compelling copy.
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on Amazon algorithms and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Amazon support to resolve issues and explore new promotional opportunities.
• Identify new product categories to enter on Amazon.

E-Commerce Operations

• Efficiently process and ship online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Review orders for potential fraud and manage returns professionally.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product availability across platforms.

Website Content & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain a stand-alone website.
• Ensure product listings are current, well-supported with media, and reflect accurate stock status.
• Remove discontinued items and update content regularly.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in a relevant field or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• Experience:5–8 years in e-commerce sales analysis and support, with a strong focus on Amazon. Experience in retail, marketing, customer service, or management is a plus.
