Specialized Recruiting Group of Dubuque is hiring a Licensed Professional Engineer!

We’re looking for a Licensed PE to lead and support long-term projects in aquatics, sewer/septic systems, and soil stabilization. This role blends technical design, fieldwork, and client engagement—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare plans, specifications, technical reports, and conceptual site designs
• Assist project managers with shop drawings and concrete pour observations
• Lead client meetings and present to Pool Committees, councils, and boards
• Manage 30–50 projects across various stages, from planning to field execution
• Travel regularly for site visits and evaluations
• Apply engineering expertise to ensure project success and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience in aquatics, sewer/septic systems, and soil stabilization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
