Our sales are BOOMING! We are seeking a Sales Support & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on assisting with customer inquiries, item pricing, and daily sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to Facebook messages, comments, and sales inquiries.

• Assist with pricing and listing items on Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, and other sales platforms.

• Use Excel to update manifests, track pricing, and organize sales data.

• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks including tagging items, preparing promotional posts, and keeping track of inventory.

• Provide excellent customer service while representing our mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, and pricing sheets).

• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and messaging.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes.

• Previous experience in retail, sales support, or social media management is a plus.

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time, flexible scheduling available.

• On-site preferred, remote possible for the right candidate.
