Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy is a cash-based clinic where patients receive unhurried, one-on-one, 60-minute sessions. We’re hiring a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist who values a slower pace, whole-person care, and deep relationship-building. Training and mentorship provided. What You’ll Do
-
Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions across the lifespan (pregnancy/postpartum, core/pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, bowel/bladder concerns, prolapse, return to intimacy/ADLs)

Provide hands-on interventions (soft tissue/visceral techniques as trained), self-management skills, pacing, and functional retraining for meaningful roles & routines

See women primarily and demonstrate willingness to treat male pelvic cases as competency grows

Partner with PTs and shockwave specialists to coordinate plans of care

Help build caseload via patient education, outcomes, and light community outreach (talks/workshops, referral relationships, Google reviews)

Complete accurate, timely documentation in our EMR

Qualifications

OTR/L and Iowa OT license (or eligibility) — Required

Pelvic health experience preferred, but mentorship is available
