Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and takes pride in team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure seamless service during shifts

Manage reservations and walk-ins, balancing flow and customer experience

Lead, train, and support a small FOH team to maintain high standards of service

Create and manage employee schedules efficiently and fairly
-
Coordinate and execute special events in collaboration with the kitchen and ownership
-
Maintain inventory of front-of-house products and supplies; manage ordering and stock rotation
-
Act as a brand ambassador—connecting with guests, building rapport with regulars, and fostering community engagement

Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
-
2+ years of restaurant expeierence preferred
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-
Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms

A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality

Familiarity with local food and beverage trends a plus

Availability to work mornings, and weekends.
