Account Executives (AE) thrive under pressure, are personable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Their primary responsibilities are providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs, designing insurance plans, and recommending coverages, alongside day-to-day client service. AE’s are client-facing professionals with a strong understanding of business line products and are skilled at partnering with clients to assess risks and deliver comprehensive coverage solutions.
Account Managers (AM) are responsible for client account servicing, on-boarding, and retention. AM’s manage daily service needs, maintain accurate client files, and collaborate with AE’s and sales staff. They have a continuous learning mindset, developing insurance product knowledge while providing exceptional customer service.

What an AE Will Do

Pre-qualify prospects by conducting risk assessments
-
Use our risk assessment process to recommend new/different coverages to clients

Analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability

Manage TRICOR house accounts as assigned

Focus on client service and retention
-
Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
-
Document client files accurately and timely
-
Review and evaluate new and existing accounts
-
Complete and submit applications
-
Provide mentorship or training to new employees
-
Promote TRICOR, LLC in the community
