Job Overview

We are in search of a part-time Volunteer Director to join our growing team! The primary purpose of the Volunteer Director position is to effectively plan, implement, organize and coordinate the campus volunteer program to enhance the  care and services for residents.

• Effectively plan, implement, organize and coordinate the volunteer program to enhance the care and services for residents.
• Receive, review and make selections of appropriate volunteers for each request in a timely manner.
• Continually assess volunteer program processes and implement changes to facilitate growth and improvement. Communicate and interpret the volunteer program to prospective clients, families, employees and community groups.
• Maintain an ongoing database of volunteer needs.
• Maintain accurate computerized records, including volunteer information and statistics.
