Job Overview

Implement current administrative procedures to serve internal and external customer base. Work with team to establish areas of improvement and  contribute to team efforts towards goals. Maintain integrity of HR/Benefits programs and processes.

  • Responsible┬áfor┬ábenefit┬ácost┬ásummaries,┬áROI┬áreports,┬áand benefit┬ácomparisons
  • In┬ácollaboration┬áwith┬áHR┬áManager,┬áoversee┬ábenefits┬ácommunications,┬áincluding┬ámeetings, and presentation┬ácreation
  • Oversee┬ábenefits┬áchanges┬áto┬áensure┬áthey┬áare┬áentered┬áappropriately┬áin┬ávarious┬ásystems┬áand work┬áwith┬ávendors┬áto┬áresolve┬áissues
  • Be┬áknowledgeable┬áin┬áqualifying┬áevents,┬áeligibility,┬áopen┬áenrollment┬áprotocol┬áfor┬áall┬ábenefits
  • Assist┬áHR┬áManager┬áin┬áobtaining┬ádata,┬ástatistics┬áand┬áother┬áinformation┬árelating┬áto┬ábenefits, including┬áAnnual┬áReports┬á(HIRD,┬á1099┬áHC,┬á1095C)
  • Proficient with┬áiSolved┬áHRIS┬ásoftware┬áfor┬ábenefits┬átracking, reporting,┬áand┬áonboarding
  • Ability┬áto┬ámaintain┬áclear┬áand┬áaccurate┬ádocumentation/records
  • Flexible┬áto┬áadjust┬áto┬áchanging┬ápriorities┬áon┬áshort┬ánotice┬áand┬ámulti-task
  • Promote┬áProfessionalism┬áand┬áPride┬áwithin┬áthe┬áwork┬áforce┬áat┬áall┬átime

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or current SHRM certification
  • 5+ years of benefit related experience preferred
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Skilled at working with confidential information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experienced with working with an automated HRIS system, preferably iSolved
  • Moderately flexible with┬áschedule to include┬áoccasional travel
