Job Overview
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Yard Manager for a locally owned concrete company in Dyersville, IA. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, mechanical ability, and experience overseeing yard or construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily yard operations, including material handling and equipment organization

Supervise yard staff to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance

Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material staging for ongoing projects

Maintain inventory of concrete products and materials
-
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in construction, concrete, or yard operations preferred
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-
Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment
-
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lift up to 75 lbs
