Job Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Dyersville is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance department. This individual will oversee facility upkeep, equipment reliability, and a small team of skilled technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop maintenance personnel

  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair work

  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrades

  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime

  • Maintain safety and compliance standards across the facility

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
