Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a production facility in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and systems

• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor control issues

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with process improvements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

• Team-oriented and safety-conscious
