Job Overview

What You’ll Do
• Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently
• Coordinate office supply orders for the location
• Support internal teams with project-based tasks
• Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Dependability, professionalism, and discretion in handling information
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in an administrative or receptionist role
• Familiarity with service-oriented environments
