Job Summary:
We are seeking a strong leader to join our kitchen management team as Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Uphold Brazen standards; food & work environment
- Collaborate with other Chefs on protein butchery, larder prep, and other prep items.

Inventory & ordering management

Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation

Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Qualifications:

Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and health and safety rules

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Culinary training
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
