Job Overview

Medical Associates Clinic, a comprehensive multispecialty physician-owned group practice located in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking an additional BE/BC OB/GYN Physician to join our team.

Join an experienced team of 5 physicians on the OB/GYN team. Strong collegiality and collaboration among the departments and with MercyOne Magnet Hospital.

Position Overview

• $450k+ first year total compensation + relocation + robust benefit package.
• Shareholder eligibility
• Enjoy working a 5-week rotating schedule (3 days in clinic, 1 day in surgery, 1 day on-call, with 1:5 or possibly 1:6 call weekend coverage).
• Join an experienced team of 5 physicians and 1 APP (Note: we have an upcoming retirement in a couple of years – built in referrals!) Physician only call-based
• Readymade patient panel and large built-in referral base (including referrals from surrounding rural offices).
• In-department services include ultrasound, HSGs, colposcopies, leeps, cervical biopsies, IUD procedures, and Nexplanon.
• Access to DaVinci Robot at MercyOne Hospital
• 24/7 Patient Services triage services
• Integrated clinic model partnering closely with primary care, robust pediatric department, endocrinology, and psych
• Physicians benefit from ownership of a successful 5-star health insurance company, Medical Associates Health Plans.
